I teach Vinyasa yoga, which is all about flow and fun.
This style of yoga uses the breath to move between poses, helping to open the body gently and gain flexibility while also relieving tight muscles, building core strength and bringing a sense of well-being.
A key aspect of Vinyasa yoga is the attention to the breath, helping to focus the mind as you move through your practice. The best way to calm a busy mind is to concentrate on not falling over!!! Only kidding, expect to have some fun in these classes, with each class bringing new and exciting challenges.
This style of yoga is suitable for all ages and fitness levels as there are many modifications and adjustments available to help you make the most of your practice.

11.30am: Over 55s
Tuesday: 7pm: Beginners
8pm: Intermediate (suitable for yogis with at least 1 year regular practice)
Wednesday: 10am: Adults, mixed level
11am: Over 55s
